The brisket came in weighing around 18-19 pounds. When I finished trimming the fat there was about 11lbs of meat left. I’ve bought maybe 40-50 briskets over the last two years and this has never happened. I’ll stick to Snake River Farms for future purchases.

Followed online recipe with the same Creekstone Farms cut of brisket and the cut didn’t disappoint! Meat was in great shape and smoked wonderfully. Got tons of compliments!

Had heard about Creekstone for some time now and finally decided to try a brisket. I have always gotten my briskets from SRF (snake river farms) I must say I was very impressed with Creekstone Farms. Had to do some trimming but not too much which I appreciated. It came out fantastic and I will definitely be ordering again!
