First time ordering from Creekstone and was not disappointed. This was probably the best Tri-Tip we’ve had. Great flavor and really tender. Definitely will be ordering again.

Paid for 1-2 day shipping...5 days later still no product.
I will say I have had this product previously and it is great! However, when I pay for 1-2 day shipping for an event I expect the product in that timeframe.

Kelsey, Thank you for your review. We took a look at your order and notice that you did pay for the 2nd Day Air shipping option, we also noticed that your order was placed Wednesday at 8:56pm. As stated on our website and the order confirmations, any order placed after 10am CST will not be fulfilled until the next business day. We do not ship 2nd Day Air on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays. Our shipping team does pre-make labels on Thursday and Friday for quicker shipping on Mondays. We are showing via the tracking information that your order left our facility on Monday and is currently scheduled for delivery on Wednesday of this week.
