Blown away by the quality and the customer service! I had a little concern with my order and I can’t say enough about the quick and professional way it was handled.
We grilled the fillets after a brief dry brine in the fridge. They turned out perfectly, way better than I expected. We had some left over and I was very surprised at how good they were reheated. (Barely reheated.)
The beefy flavor and texture were exactly how USDA Prime steaks used to taste. Grain finished beef has become almost impossible to find locally. Sad to say but strictly grass fed beef produces an inferior end product.
I noticed some reviewers were disappointed that their order had thawed. Mine also had but we’re still cold to the touch. This is normal. I refroze them per the printed instructions in the box and thawed them a few days later. No problem whatsoever.
