THESE ARE FROZEN PIECES OF OUR AMERICAN WAGYU BRISKET

Introducing a new level of quality, Irodori Wagyu™ by Creekstone Farms® that crosses Wagyu cattle with our renowned Black Angus.  This unique blend results in a rich, indulgent eating experience that goes beyond all expectations.

 

PROGRAM:  Irodori Wagyu is raised with no Hormones.  Grass-fed and grain finished in the Midwest.  Certified Humane®.
WEIGHT:  Available in 13-16lbs & 16-20lbs
PACKAGING:  Product ships frozen and individually vacuum sealed 
STORAGE:  Product can be kept frozen up to 365 days from pack date.  Product was frozen before the original fresh date of 30 days.

These briskets will have a 1/2" fat cap and may have small amounts of lean exposure on the main body of the brisket.
