I knew of a high end bbq in NM that swears by creekstone farms. It was always the best I ever had, decided to try creekstone out myself to recreate it. Same amazing taste, great for a Texas style brisket. Very tender and juicy. Great marbling and you can tell it is a very nice piece of meat. I’ll only be buying my brisket here.

For a competition brisket at a competition price, I was expecting a beautiful brisket. When I unwrapped the brisket the flat was about as think as you can imagine. Not much thicker than a pencil and required a lot of trimming and wasted meat to get a good shape. Because of the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee I sent a note to customer service with my concerns and included a picture. We went back and forth a bit but there was not attempt to fix the situation. The brisket was good and I'm willing to try again, but I thought I would share my experience both with the brisket and with the "Satisfaction Guarantee."

This was the best brisket ive ever made. Cant wait for next order!!
