Shipping Information

At Creekstone Farms, we take tremendous pride in how we prepare and deliver every order. Our products are carefully aged, vacuum‑sealed for peak quality, and shipped with dry ice. We process orders Monday through Thursday for delivery Tuesday through Saturday, with Saturday delivery available in select areas based on the address chosen at checkout. Because our products are perishable, we encourage customers to plan for someone to receive the shipment promptly.

Once your order is prepared for shipment, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its progress. While we work hard to ship as quickly as possible, timing may be affected by product availability, holidays, weather, or other unforeseen delays. All orders must ship to a physical street address, and we recommend double‑checking delivery information—especially for gifts. Most items ship frozen and may require additional thawing time before cooking, so please plan ahead to enjoy your Creekstone Farms experience at its best.

  • Standard Delivery (FREE for orders of $150+) - will deliver within 3 days after shipment.
  • Standard Delivery ($15 for orders under $150) - will deliver within 3 days after shipment.
  • Express 2 Day Delivery  ($29) - will deliver 2 days after shipment.
  • Next Day Delivery ($79) - will deliver the day after shipment.
  • *All orders will arrive within 1-3 days based on shipping method selected as checkout.

**All orders must ship to a street address (no PO Boxes). We deliver to the 48 Contiguous United States. At this time, we are unable to process orders to Hawaii or Alaska, international orders or deliver to PO and APO/FPO Boxes.

Cooking Recommendations

About Your Products

Since most Creekstone Farms beef and pork products ship frozen, we handle the aging process for you. Every frozen item is wet‑aged for 21 days before freezing to ensure exceptional flavor and tenderness.

If your shipment arrives with partially thawed items or dry ice has melted, please don’t worry. As long as the internal temperature remains at or below 40 °F (4 °C) upon receipt, product quality and food safety are fully preserved.

For best results:

  • Refreeze any items you don’t plan to cook immediately.
  • Refrigerate and use within 3–5 days if you plan to cook soon.

Thawing Your Items

Creekstone Farms recommends thawing all beef and pork items in their original packaging on a plate or platter in the refrigerator. This method preserves flavor and tenderness while containing any myoglobin released during thawing.

  • Smaller cuts, such as steaks, typically thaw in 24–48 hours.
  • Larger cuts, such as roasts or whole tenderloins, may require 3–5 days, depending on size and thickness.
  • Allowing sufficient time in the refrigerator ensures your Creekstone Farms products deliver their best taste and texture.

Cooking Your Items

Cooking times can vary based on your equipment and other factors. To ensure perfect results, we recommend using an instant-read thermometer to verify doneness.

Creekstone Farms suggests the following method for thawed steaks:

  • Preheat your grill or pan to maximum heat.
  • Sear each side for 1–2 minutes to develop a flavorful crust.
  • Reduce heat to medium and continue cooking until the steak reaches your target temperature (see guide below).
  • Remove the steak 5–10° F below your desired doneness, then let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Allowing the steak to rest ensures juices redistribute for optimal tenderness and flavor. Enjoy!
