  • Date Selector at Checkout: You now have the flexibility to choose a future delivery date that works best for your schedule. If you need your order sooner, the next available delivery date will be displayed automatically — giving you more control and convenience.
  • Online AI Customer Service Representative: Our new virtual assistant can provide quick answers and support around the clock. It will continue to learn and improve over time, helping us deliver even faster and more accurate service.

  • Certain products will transition from fresh to frozen shipping: This ensures greater product stability, reduces waste, and allows us to offer more reliable delivery windows year‑round.

  • All products will now be priced and sold per individual unit: This gives you more flexibility to order exactly what you need — no more fixed quantities.

Shipping & Packaging Improvements

  • Transition to dry ice shipping: Dry ice allows us to extend our standard delivery window to 3‑Day service while still offering two‑day and next‑day options. This ensures your products arrive safely and efficiently. This also means the blue Creekstone Farms bags will no longer be included with your order — an important change we want to communicate thoughtfully.
  • More environmentally friendly internal packaging: We are reducing waste and improving sustainability (eliminating Styrofoam) without compromising product.
  • Expanded carrier options: Additional shipping partners will help improve delivery speed, reliability, and geographic reach - still within the continental United States.
  • Later daily cut‑off times: More flexibility for last‑minute orders and better alignment with your schedule. This also means that same-day shipping may not be able to be accommodated.
