Well trimmed,well packaged,well priced top notch beef.
The atrip loin was smaller than I would have liked but the flavor of those first steaks was amazing, I gave a buddy a nice steak to try and he liked it so much that he ordered one for himself. My only issue is that after trimming I may have had 9 to 10 pounds, not really close to the 11-14 as advertised. But so goes life
Strip loin was well marbled, tender and most importantly very, very flavorful. We will be ordering more.
Quality product, Delivery was great. We enjoy the steaks for weeks.
I know that Creekstone is a emerging brand, and growing in popularity. One of the very reasons I decided to open my own butcher shop as all kinds of people prefer to buy lots of different ways. My shop won't be open for a few more months but that does not stop me from practicing my butchery craft and that involves me buying roasts, loins and cutting them myself. One because I know it is a way to save money when you are buying a premium product. So I am slowly trying all the products sold by Creekstone to personally prepare them a multitude of different ways. I always tell people, you get what you pay for and there is no substitute for first hand experience with a product.
