PROGRAM:  Irodori Wagyu is raised with no Hormones.  Grass-fed and grain finished in the Midwest.  Certified Humane®.
WEIGHT:  Each individual steak weighs approximately 7oz.
PACKAGING:  Product ships frozen and individually vacuum sealed.  Product can be kept frozen up to 365 days and thawed when ready to cook.

    First run at these filets. They were delicious! Priced a little less than competitors, but exceptional quality. A few (of the 6) arrived partially thawed, but not dinging CS Farms for that. It's a bit hot here in Texas in August. That said, if you're in a hot climate, opt for overnight instead of standard 2-day shipping. Overall, totally worth the splurge.

    Fork Tender, Rich Flavor

    I have ordered from every steak company on The Net (trust me) and I have to say, in all honesty, Creekstone Farms filets rival them all, especially in the price department. I wanted to see if what the most famous of all steaks that are served in the finest restaurants are more tender and flavorful than Creekstone since they are twice the price, but they are not. So, why pay more for the 'famous' steak companies when you can have the same tender, flavorful steaks at a price easier on your pocketbook. Sometimes you just pay for the name and reputation, not the product itself.

    Wagyu filets

    I had a gift card that I received when I purchased my Yoder ym640s that I needed to use . So I decided to purchase a couple of these wagyu filets .
    I grilled them on the yoder at 450 degree
    On the grill grates for 4 minutes per side and oh my word these were the best steaks we have ever ate .
    They would melt in your mouth . Absolutely delicous
