PROGRAM:  Irodori Wagyu is raised with no Hormones.  Grass-fed and grain finished in the Midwest.  Certified Humane®.
WEIGHT:  Available in 12-15lbs, 15-18lbs, 18-20lbs & 20-25lbs
PACKAGING:  Product ships fresh to lock in freshness and individually vacuum sealed 
STORAGE:  Product can be kept refrigerated up to 28 days from pack date before freezing may be needed

These briskets will have a 1/2" fat cap and may have small amounts of lean exposure on the main body of the brisket.

Great but...

This is absolutely not critical of the wagyu. Just an idea. As always, Creekstone delivered amazing. This was my first wagyu brisket. My comment is that the non-wagyu briskets they provide are just so amazing they are hard to top. Was the wagyu great? Absolutely. Are my taste buds able to notice a clear difference? Nope.

Again, that's hardly a criticism!

Did not receive

I ordered a Wagyu brisket 15-18 pounds and I was sent a prime brisket 12-14 pounds. The meat was great but not was what I paid for unfortunately because the Wagyu is more expensive
