Natural Prime Ribeye & Filet Steak Package (Two 12oz Ribeyes & Two 6oz Filets)

My brother-in-law buys from you regularly. He always tells me I have to try the steaks, they are wonderful. I was so excited to find a deal and place an order. Seasoned the steaks like I always do. Grilled them per your directions. Looked great coming off the grill. I cooked a ribeye for me and filet for my wife. Once cut into and tasted, this is when everything went down hill. Flavor was not near what we expected. Her filet was not even ok, it was terrible. My ribeye was barely ok. Both were very chewy…and flavorless. We still have three ribeyes and three filets to try. I will cook them soon. If there is no difference we will never purchase from you again. I think I should be able to purchase a semi expensive steak from you and receive a good to great product that tastes amazing. I did not get that.
I am calling my brother in law later today.

Excellent product quality and fast shipping.

We have been buying natural prime steaks from Creekstone Farms for quite a number of years now. Their steak quality and flavors are really hard to beat. Unfortunately, their prices have gone way up since the early days. If the prices go any higher, I might be forced to look at other online stores.

Our shipping was delayed and arrived a couple of days past date. All of the ice packets were .melted and none of the meat was still frozen and warm. We will not be eating this.

Thought the size of the steaks were small for the high price.
