Introducing a new level of quality, Irodori Wagyu™ by Creekstone Farms® that crosses Wagyu cattle with our renowned Black Angus.  This unique blend results in a rich, indulgent eating experience that goes beyond all expectations.

 

PROGRAM:  Irodori Wagyu is raised with no Hormones.  Grass-fed and grain finished in the Midwest.  Certified Humane®.
WEIGHT:  Available in 1.5-2.25lbs & 2.25-3lbs
PACKAGING:  Product ships frozen and individually vacuum sealed.  Product can be kept frozen up to 365 days and thawed when ready to cook.

    Treat yourself to a Creekstone Farms Irodori Wagyu Tri-Tip.  This triangular cut from the bottom of the sirloin is prized for its marbling and rich buttery flavor!  The unique fat composition of Irodori Wagyu renders at lower heat whether grilled or smoked.  Remember to cut against the grain for maximum tenderness when ready to serve.

    Perfect Tri Tip

    Fantastic cut and well trimmed. Tuffy stone cooking method: Smoked butter with steak rub. Indirect heat in kamado at 225-250. Reverse Sear to 135. Top 5 grilling experiences for me !
